A barrel floating in the ocean will grow a seaweed farm. It would be easy to create rainforest sized algae farms mid ocean. The seaweed farms would photosynthesize, as well as the lifeforms themselves would be made of carbon.
Cheap. Proactive. Harmless.
Also mid ocean seaweed (algae) farms could be towed to countries in need for emergency food, fuel.
No downside.
Build seaweed farms from shore and tow them out to sea and anchor them. Polluting companies could sponsor the low costs.

v1 of the treaty is a 96 page policy statement that doesn’t say anything about creating a new world order and is a pretty easy read. Regarding M’s claim of never mentioning “vote” I can direct you to page 33 of THIS version where it says: “8…A one-member-one-vote rule shall be observed.” Mr. Monckton frequently makes things up. I have the feeling that he’s made up most of what he says in this video. Have you seen “V for Vendetta”? If you like M’s acting, then you MUST see it!
